Dwayne is currently the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He is the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of biblical Counselors. He sits on the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of numerous online articles as well as a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
